Tesco is seeking colleagues to join our stores in roles focused on providing friendly, attentive service to customers. You will help across the store in areas like shelf replenishment, checkout support and online order picking, with flexible shift patterns.

You’ll be part of an inclusive team with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, and some locations offer 12+ hours. Roles include career growth and a supportive work environment.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts.
