Job summary

Tesco stores across the United Kingdom are seeking colleagues to join our team. You will provide friendly service, help customers, and support store operations including shelf replenishment, checkout, and online order picking, with occasional delivery assistance.

Roles start from a minimum of 12–16 hours per week, with shifts scheduled in advance and at least 3 weeks' notice. You must be over 18 and enjoy working in a team, with flexible working options and a focus on great service.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour worked. Some locations may offer additional payments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for.
