Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring store colleagues to join our UK stores. These part-time roles offer a guaranteed minimum of 12–16 hours per week and flexible scheduling within availability windows.

You will provide friendly service, learn product lines, and work as part of a diverse, inclusive team. The role features a competitive hourly rate of £13.28–£14.55 in stores, with occasional additional payments; includes holiday leave, discounts and life- and pension-related benefits.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. • You will be responsible for
• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.

• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
