Job summary

Tesco PLC in Swindon is seeking store colleagues to deliver friendly service, assist with shelf replenishment, checkout duties and online order picking. You will be part of an inclusive team, with a focus on great customer experiences and store performance.

Roles offer flexible working from 12 hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week. Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. This role supports Tesco's purpose to serve communities.

Tesco Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour, rising to £14.55 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts.
