Working within a dynamic global team, based in London, in a fast-paced environment and ever-changing risk landscape.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson relationships and grow the portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for converting prospects.
The Role:
Face-to-face broking in Lloyds and with London markets, and electronically with international markets.
Working with the Global Broking Team in all aspects of work.
Excellence in broking through trust, credibility, and strong market relationships.
Client account management and administration with the goal to retain and develop a profitable terrorism portfolio of accounts, including day-to-day care of clients’ programmes in a timely and accurate manner.
Electronically trading through PPL.
Understand the clients’ business and risk management needs, determine appropriate solutions, structure, price, and placement strategies that meet the clients’ needs.
Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues across the business to capitalize on account penetration and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop knowledge of relevant products and services offered by WTW.
Ensure transparency of agency and other commitments made to carriers and clients.
Deliver optimization of revenue from new and existing clients using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment of the business.
