Resolve Recruitment is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow the client’s outdoor play equipment portfolio across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Northants and Warwickshire. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with councils, schools and leisure operators while managing projects end-to-end.

You’ll earn a base salary of £37,000-£44,200 plus uncapped commission, with a company car or £650 monthly car allowance, private healthcare and 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a field-based B2B sales or Area Sales Manager role.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage a sales pipeline.
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Developing new business opportunities across Cambs, Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Northants, Warwickshire.
• Building relationships with Parish Councils, Local Authorities and schools.
• Identifying additional opportunities with housebuilders, holiday parks and leisure operators.
• Following up qualified leads generated by the internal sales co-ordinator.
• Conducting customer site visits, surveys and consultations.
• Delivering engaging product presentations alongside the in-house 2D and 3D design teams.
• Preparing tailored solutions to meet customers' requirements, budgets and available spaces.
• Managing opportunities through the sales process, working closely with the project co-ordinator to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently working towards sales targets.
