Primarily, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within your territory, representing Stryker as a leader in the industry, building strong relationships with surgeons and HCPs, managing high-volume activities, driving market growth, and implementing cross-divisional strategies to capture new business.

Ideally, you will reside near the territory of South East London and Kent.

What you need

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with relationship-building ability.
  • Proven sales success in medical or orthopaedic sales.
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Demonstrated teamwork experience.
  • Workshop, demonstration, and training skills.
  • Commercial acumen, including understanding of theatre and surgical procedure costs.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
