Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales objectives within your territory. You will represent Stryker as a leader in the industry by building and maintaining strong relationships with key surgeons and healthcare professionals. You should be capable of managing high-volume activities, driving market growth, and implementing cross-divisional strategies to capture new business.

Ideally, you will reside near the territory, which covers South East London and Kent.

  • Successful sales experience, preferably within orthopaedics or medical sales, with a proven track record.
  • Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Workshop, demonstration, and training skills.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding budgetary and cost issues related to theatres and surgical procedures.
  • A full, valid UK driver's license.
