Primarily, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives within your territory. You will represent Stryker as an industry leader by building strong relationships with key surgeons and HCPs. You should be capable of managing high-volume activities, driving market growth, and implementing cross-divisional strategies to capture new business.

Ideally, you will reside near the territory covering South East London and Kent.

What you need

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with relationship-building ability.
  • Successful sales experience in Medical sales, preferably Orthopaedics.
  • Good knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Workshop, demonstration, and training skills.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding budget and cost issues related to theatres and surgical procedures.
  • A full, valid UK driver’s license.
