Purpose of the role:

Are you interested in working for a World Class Multi award-winning field marketing agency, which currently holds the title of Agency of the Year?

This could be the role for you! As a full-time, permanent team member, you will represent Unilever's Ice Cream brands, including Ben & Jerry's, Walls, and Magnum.

As part of the Dee Set team, you will work with colleagues responsible for increasing Unilever's ice cream brand's performance, awareness, and availability across various UK grocery retailers. You will conduct retail store visits within a defined territory, focusing on driving distribution, availability, sales, and brand engagement using our data tools to enhance turnover and share.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Visit grocery and convenience stores to build relationships with key decision-makers and add value to the store.
  • Use data tools to identify insights and implement targeted interventions to improve product distribution and availability.
  • Negotiate with store decision-makers to ensure distribution and maximum availability of Unilever Ice Cream brands, increasing sales, brand awareness, and engagement.
  • Identify problems, opportunities, and gather retailer and competitor intelligence in-store.
  • Follow Dee Set's proven processes to make a positive impact for clients.
  • Conduct professional and efficient store visits.
  • Record all information accurately on an iPad using our bespoke software system.

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • A great communicator who can build credible relationships in stores.
  • Motivated to build brand awareness and achieve results.
  • Results-oriented at store executional level.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze data to drive results.
  • Hold a full current UK manual driving license.
