The Successful Applicant

• Ideally some business-to-business sales experience, either on the road or within an office or branch environment
• Construction experience is advantageous but not essential; candidates from other B2B sectors are also welcome
• Graduate calibre candidates that can be trained and developed into the role
• Ambitious, driven, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in field sales within the construction industry

The Role – Territory Sales Manager

• A trainee field sales position promoting insulation products for the building sector
• Account management and development within an established area, working with builder’s merchants and construction distributors
• Supporting and increasing product awareness to boost sales and commitment from your accounts
• Generating demand and securing new business with regional house builders, local developers, and contractors
• Business is primarily sold through your merchant and distributor network
