We are looking for a driven and customer-facing Territory Sales Manager to join a thriving and growing client of ours. They are dedicated to sustainability, change, and bringing top-rated solutions in the design industry. You will cover the Wiltshire area, and they’re offering a basic salary up to £40,000 plus the option for a company car or car allowance with commission on top.

The role of the Territory Sales Manager involves:

• Expanding the sales of both in-house and manufactured products across the Southwest and Wales.
• Managing and growing the assigned territory by building key relationships and generating new business.
• Utilising customer engagement, whilst working directly with clients to identify their packaging needs.
• Presenting and selling tailored commercial packaging solutions.
• Developing and maintaining new business.

For the Territory Sales Manager role, you need:

• Previous business development experience in the field – they’re looking for a hunter!
• Experience within a similar industry is beneficial but not essential.
