Job Description

We are recruiting an ambitious and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join our skilled sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve revenue targets for new business, aligned with our strategy for customer size, type, and service mix. Cold calling and door knocking are essential to attract and develop new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop a personal prospect funnel sufficient to meet new business targets for DPD and DPD Local as per the strategic plan.
  • Monitor performance of new customers and implement action plans for variances.
  • Handover all new accounts to Customer Care or CRM Account Managers within eight weeks of trade commencement.
  • Identify and pursue trading opportunities daily and weekly.
  • Champion the partnership process with prospects.
  • Achieve productivity targets, including 12 new prospect visits weekly.
  • Meet all portfolio product targets.
  • Obtain necessary documentation for processing credit facilities to ISO standards.

Successful candidates will have a proven sales background, a tenacious attitude, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills are essential, along with a customer-focused approach.
