We are actively recruiting for an ambitious and motivated Territory Sales Executive to join and strengthen our team of skilled salespeople.

As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to achieve the company’s revenue target for new business in line with the company’s strategy for customer size, type, and service mix. Cold calling and door knocking are essential parts of this role to attract and develop new business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and developing a personal prospect funnel sufficient to fund both DPD & DPD Local new business targets as per the strategic plan
  • Monitoring performance of new customers to ensure they trade to an agreed profile; agreeing and delivering action plans if variances occur
  • Successfully handing over all new accounts to the Customer Care Team or relevant CRM Account Manager within eight weeks of trade
  • Identifying and pursuing regular trading opportunities daily and weekly
  • Championing the partnership process with new prospects
  • Achieving productivity targets, including 12 prospect visits weekly
  • Meeting all portfolio product targets as laid out by the company
  • Obtaining all necessary documentation to process credit facilities to ISO standards

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a proven sales or related background, with a tenacious attitude and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills are essential, along with a customer-focused approach to understanding needs and gaining commitment.
