Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Territory Sales Consultant to propel sales growth across B&Q stores, including Farnborough, Slough, Leatherhead, Guildford and Basingstoke. You will drive demand, manage relationships and expand product awareness within your territory.

Based in the field, you will engage store teams, seize opportunities, and ensure in-store execution with pace and consistency. A strong driver’s license, resilience and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Retail, Marketing or Merchandising.
• Full, valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, self-starting with ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (incl. 2 Saturdays per month and bank holidays).

Responsibilities

• Proactively create sales opportunities within each store by identifying gaps and untapped potential.
• Build relationships with store associates and stakeholders to influence behaviour and drive product advocacy.
• Deliver engaging product and sales training sessions to equip store teams to sell more confidently.
