Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Territory Sales Consultant to drive growth across B&Q stores in Bristol and surrounding areas, including Bristol (Cribbs Causeway), Taunton, Glastonbury, Barnstaple and Weston-super-Mare. You will create demand, build relationships with store teams and manage in-store activity to maximise sales potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, marketing or merchandising.
• Proactive, self-starting approach with ownership and accountability.
• Full, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Proactively create sales opportunities within each store by identifying gaps and untapped potential.
• Build relationships with store associates, management and stakeholders to influence behaviour and drive product advocacy.
• Deliver engaging product and sales training sessions for store teams.
• Promote the brand to store teams and consumers and optimise space and displays.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and in-store events.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and generate pipeline visibility.
