Responsibilities

• Proactively create sales opportunities within each store and identify untapped potential.
• Build relationships with store associates, management and stakeholders to influence behavior.
• Deliver engaging product and sales training sessions to store teams.
• Plan and execute in-store events and activations to generate demand.
• Use CRM tools to track activity and build pipeline visibility.
