Job summary

Solventum is seeking a proactive Territory Business Manager to grow sales across a defined UK territory. You will work with hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to tailor infection prevention and surgical solutions, training teams and driving trials where needed.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical sales, NHS process understanding, and a valid UK driving licence with willingness to travel. Based in the territory (Oxford, Berkshire, Surrey, Southampton), this field-based position

Qualifications

• Degree (preferred) in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
• Understanding NHS structure and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams and procurement leads.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
