Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Territory Business Manager to grow our IPSS portfolio across healthcare facilities in the UK. You will engage hospitals, clinicians and procurement teams, provide education, and tailor solutions to improve infection prevention and surgical performance.

The role requires 1–3 years in medical sales, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across Oxford, Berkshire, Surrey and Southampton. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
• Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
• Build and maintain relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams, vascular access teams and procurement leads.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Support clinical evaluations and product trials.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
• Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events.
