Solventum invites you to join us as a Territory Business Manager, field-based role covering Oxford, Berkshire, Surrey and Southampton. You will promote Solventum’s IPSS portfolio, engage hospitals, clinicians, and procurement teams to match needs with education and tailored solutions that improve infection prevention and surgical performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in medical sales, a Life Sciences/ Nursing/ Business degree or equivalent, understands NHS decision processes, and holds

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
• Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention teams, vascular access teams and procurement leads.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Support clinical evaluations and product trials.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
• Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events.
