Job summary

Solventum in London seeks a Territory Business Manager to grow our IPSS portfolio across hospitals and clinical teams in North Central & West London. You will work with clinicians and procurement to tailor solutions that improve infection prevention and surgical performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in medical sales, a strong NHS/process understanding, and excellent communication skills. This is a field-based, London-area role requiring a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or Business, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years' experience in a medical sales or healthcare commercial role.
• Understanding of NHS structure and decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
• Highly motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed territory sales targets through effective account management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with theatre staff, infection prevention and procurement leads.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and educational sessions.
• Support clinical evaluations and product trials.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Manage CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Specialists and colleagues across Solventum.
• Represent Solventum professionally at hospital meetings and events.
