Procter & Gamble’s Oral-B division in West London is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to engage dental professionals, drive product usage and recommendations, and deliver educational meetings.

You will train extensively on our products and sales techniques, own your territory from day one, and work with a supportive team to meet targets in a dynamic market. A UK driving licence is essential, with a strong focus on relationship-building and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service, selling or healthcare with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and plan to achieve targets in a fast-changing environment.
• Comfort presenting educational content to a large audience and engaging dental professionals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with dental professionals, educational lunch meetings, and Dental Congresses.
• Influence usage and recommendations of Oral-B products across your territory.
• Manage territory ownership and drive business strategy while collaborating with the Oral care organisation.
