Job summary

BPR Medical Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Territory Sales Manager to cover the South West/South Wales and build long-term client relationships with NHS and private healthcare customers. This field-based role offers autonomy to grow existing accounts and uncover new business opportunities across hospitals and clinicians.

You’ll travel as needed, engage with stakeholders at various levels, and work within a supportive team that values input and commercial thinking.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, territory sales, relationship management where driving sales is a key element of your role
• Results driven, excited by meeting and exceeding targets
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing customers or developing long-term accounts

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing key customer accounts across your territory
• Building strong relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue within existing accounts
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Delivering a relationship based, solutions-focused sales approach
• Creating territory plans and managing your sales pipeline effectively
• Working closely with marketing and internal teams on campaigns and customer activity
• Attending customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events
• Providing excellent customer support and follow-up throughout the sales cycle
• Keeping CRM systems updated and maintaining accurate sales activity records
