Job summary

McCurrach, part of Avidity, is recruiting for a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager covering Sunbury on Thames and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, educating decision makers, and driving product availability across forecourt, convenience and grocery channels.

You will work with one of the top four global tobacco companies, supporting sales strategies and ensuring compliance while achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
• Be self-motivated and results-driven.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).
• Nice to Have: merchandising or POS execution experience.
• Nice to Have: direct selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in forecourt, convenience and grocery channels.
• Drive sales by educating staff and decision makers on the client’s product portfolio.
• Ensure products are available and compliant across the territory.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver client sales and marketing strategies.
