ARE YOU THE ONE?

As an Omnichannel Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our commercial presence across retail stores and contact centres within our channel partner network. Your primary mission will be to drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and influence the sell rate within stores.

Relationship management is key—you’ll build strong connections with store teams, manage high-profile visits, and support retailer Elites to maximize their potential.

With your expertise, you'll drive growth by identifying sales opportunities, leveraging data insights, and staying ahead of market trends. You'll optimize territory management through strategic visits and activations while delivering impactful training to strengthen Samsung’s brand presence.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

Be an expert on Samsung Mobile (MX) products, staying up to date with the latest devices to cascade your knowledge across your territory.

Promote your passion for the brand to engage and influence.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Build and develop strong, influential relationships with store management and team members to grow brand love within channels.

Lead high-profile visits and VIP management within your territory.

Manage Elites within retailers, providing training and support to help them achieve their full potential.

COMMERCIAL EXPERTISE

Identify growth areas across your territory to generate sales opportunities, using data and insights to inform decision-making.

Attend channel meetings and cascade commercial pages to retailers.

Stay up to date on industry, market, and competitor insights to stay agile and ahead of the curve.

CALL FILE COVERAGE

Manage your call file efficiently to maximize peak times and availability.

Plan and organize your time to ensure effective territory management, demonstrating return on investment in your visits.

TRAINING INTERACTION

Train store management and colleagues on the device portfolio, ensuring every interaction is memorable and engaging.

ARE YOU OUR PERFECT PARTNER?

  • You’re passionate about retail, with experience in omnichannel routes to market—retail, online/digital, contact centre.
  • You have experience in field management, either from an area or territory management background.
  • You possess a commercial eye, with experience in spotting and developing opportunities.
  • You can manage stakeholder relationships across a large geographical area.
  • You are an excellent presenter, confident in both physical and virtual training and presenting.
  • Full UK driving licence.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Competitive Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 Per Annum
  • Performance Bonus: 15% of Salary
