A leading company in medical sales is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee relationships within the South Thames area. The role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 to £45,000 with additional commission, benefits, and full training. Territory Manager
Covering South Thames – Berkshire , Sussex , South London and Kent
Remote – Home/field based role
Majority of their existing sales team, including Senior Managers have joined from a non-medical sales background.
THE ROLE: Within hospitals, the successful Business Development Manager will be managing, winning and growing key clinical and commercial relationships within a wide range of hospital settings – theatre, endoscopy suites, A and E, anaesthesia and procurement in the main and contact level will be surgeons, consultants, nurses, ward managers and staff, matrons and engineers. Lots of growth will come from existing accounts as well as new ones and the beauty of this opportunity is the ability to reach out to multiple new arenas within each account. Full company and product training will be given and career / earning prospects are very attractive.

REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for candidates who have a strong business-business sales background and desire to get into medical sales. Candidates must be new business-focussed sales professionals who are happy to cold call and close. A degree/sports background will enhance your application but is by no means essential.

The Package for Territory Manager:
· Basic: £35,000 to £45,000 max ( DOE )
· Commission: £22,000 to £35,000
· Car: £625 per month car allowance
