McCurrach Careers is hiring a Key Account Representative/Territory Manager to cover Maidenhead, Bracknell & Slough and surrounding areas for BAT products. You will develop relationships with store decision-makers, secure displays, and drive distribution and sales growth in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role suits someone with field sales experience who values autonomy, relationship-building, and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience working in field sales or similar role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and territory planning ability.
• Be self-motivated and results-driven.
• A full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points and no previous bans).

Responsibilities

• Own defined territory and deliver against targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
• Negotiate displays and promotional activity to drive distribution.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the portfolio.
• Use merchandising to align with brand guidelines and educate staff.
