Job summary

Technical Prospects Ltd is seeking an Installation Manager to lead a territory-based team of Installation Engineers and sub-contractors across the South of England. The role requires regular travel to customer sites and oversight of safety, quality and regulatory compliance.

Offering £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary plus Company Car and Benefits, the successful candidate will manage recruitment, cost control, and performance reviews while ensuring on-time project delivery and high standards of

Qualifications

Valid 18th Edition electrical certification.
NVQ Level 3 Electro-Technical Services or equivalent.
Proven leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Recruitment and management of direct labour and subcontractors within a territory.
Financial and operational oversight to meet KPIs and lead times.
Monitor costs including travel, expenses and overtime.
Conduct regular performance reviews and PDPs for team members.
Ensure installations meet quality standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Oversee stock and ensure the team has the necessary parts to complete jobs first time.
Lead health, safety and compliance, including audits and risk assessments.
Represent the client at NIC/EIC assessments and manage client contracts and communications.
