Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive Red Bull presence across Thurrock, Romford and South Essex. You will manage relationships with store decision makers, influence range and promotions, and ensure impactful merchandising in busy retail environments.

This role offers a permanent contract, a base salary plus a 15% performance bonus, and a company vehicle with fuel card and tech provided. You will work on the front line, delivering consistent results in stores.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Retail/FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with key in-store decision makers.
• Influence range, availability and promotional execution including displays and shelf space.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data and insight to prioritise high-value stores.
• Spot gaps, fix issues and maximise every visit.
• Report activity accurately and provide market insight.
