Job summary

Adore Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Agent to drive new business and manage existing accounts across pubs, hotels, bars, golf clubs, and leisure venues in the UK. You will own your territory, build relationships, and grow sales within a market‑leading supplier network.

Salary £35,000–£55,000 basic (DOE) plus uncapped bonus, car allowance, laptop, mobile phone, and length of service rewards. Hours are Monday–Friday, full‑time/permanent, with excellent earning potential and career

Qualifications

• Proven track record in field sales, particularly in the food, drink, or leisure sectors.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Deep knowledge of UK catering, licensing and leisure industries.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand the customer base and grow sales.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial meeting to conversion.
• Engage with leisure and hospitality businesses, offering tailored solutions.
• Attend monthly meetings at the company’s headquarters near Bristol.
