Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive distribution, availability and visibility for Perfetti Van Melle across the assigned territory.

The role includes promoting brand awareness, building strong retailer relationships, and meeting targets with a 37.5-hour week and a 10% bonus on top of £25,000 base salary. A full manual driving licence and the ability to travel within the territory are required.

Qualifications

• Proven FMCG, retail or sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
• Full manual driving licence and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the brand and build relationships with key decision makers in the top 4 grocers.
• Fulfil distribution, availability and visibility targets and drive success of your area.
• Maximise brand awareness, educate clients on new product opportunities and implement store activations.
• Work independently, manage workload to achieve targets and qualify for incentives.
• Receive full training and ongoing support for development.
• Work in a fun, honest environment where performance and success are recognised.
