Job summary

PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the UK to drive adoption of the Aquabeam Robotic System. You will work with hospitals and surgeons to maximize system utilization and achieve growth targets.

You will balance field program execution with strategic decisions, collaborating with clinicians, administrators, and PROCEPT teams to expand the Aquablation user base while maintaining regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, engineering, business).
• Minimum 3 years of medical devices sales experience.
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the territory.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% within the defined UK territory.
• Experience in OR/clinical settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for defined area and hospitals.
• Develop a territory plan with local market objectives.
• Provide quarterly updates on territory and account performance.
• Lead Aquablation programme reviews and surgical pathway for surgeons.
• Lead local marketing activities and develop joint plans with accounts.
