Job summary

Kingsleigh Primary School is seeking a Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team on a 31.25-hour, term-time schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:15pm. Grade 3 – Scale Points 4-6.

The role offers an FTE salary of £26,016–£26,847, with actual salary around £18,796–£19,397 based on hours and term-time structure. Qualifications

• Has previous experience of working with children in a school environment.
• Is adaptable and flexible and willing to inspire and engage pupils.
• Is committed to professional development to meet every child's needs.

Responsibilities

• Support children in a year group, individually, in small groups or with the whole class.
• Deliver learning activities under the guidance of the Inclusion team.
• Support children during breaks indoors and outdoors.
