COLLEGE OF WEST ANGLIA is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the College kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals for our students, staff and visitors. You will play a key role in supervising kitchen operations and leading the team in the Head Chef’s absence.

The role requires strong food safety standards, cost awareness and a collaborative approach within a community-focused FE College in Kings Lynn.

• Experience in kitchen management and supervision.
• Commitment to high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to support and lead in Head Chef's absence.
