Job summary

R&R Tuition in Hounslow is seeking a SEND Tutor to provide 1:1 educational support for learners with SEND, SEMH and related needs, during term time.

You will deliver core subjects English, Maths and Science, use trauma-informed approaches, complete assessments, track progress and help reintegrate students into mainstream or alternative settings.

QTS is desirable, UK-based experience welcome; engaging, patient applicants who can work independently and build trusting relationships are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people with SEND or SEMH needs.
• QTS is desirable, UK-based experience or relevant roles acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 face-to-face educational support from Early Years through KS4.
• Deliver core subjects English, Maths and Science alongside SEND-focused learning.
• Use trauma-informed and nurturing approaches to meet individual needs.
