Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking a Passenger Assistant to support transport for SEN or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college, or day care centers.

The role offers term-time hours (12.5–20 per week) with monthly pay (£560–£860), and provides training, pension, and long-term security within a supportive team environment. You will work with drivers and carers to ensure safe, comfortable journeys.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• First Aid Training required and willingness to undergo advanced medical training.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college, or day care centers.
• Work effectively, safely, and support company operations.
• Establish positive relationships with passengers, carers/parents, and staff at establishments.
• Assist the driver with company vehicles, including cars, 8-seat carriers and wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
• Be patient and empathic, keeping passengers comfortable on journeys.
