Job summary

24x7 Group is seeking a Passenger Assistant to support transport of SEN and vulnerable passengers to daily routes. You will work with drivers, ensuring safe journeys and positive interactions with families and schools.

The role involves part-time hours (12.5–20 per week), route-dependent pay (£560–£860 monthly) and a friendly team environment. DBS checks and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

• Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children/adults.
• Compliance with safety and safeguarding requirements.
• First Aid training or willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

• Transport SEN or vulnerable passengers to and from school, college or day care.
• Support the driver and operate company vehicles safely.
• Build positive relationships with passengers, carers, and establishments.
