Job summary

Brownlow Primary School is seeking a temporary Midday Supervisor to work 7 hours 30 minutes per week during term time (38 weeks). The role involves supervising children eating and playing at lunch under the guidance of the Midday Manager, ensuring a safe and friendly lunchtime environment.

Candidates should have experience with children and understand key policies such as Child Protection and Behavior Management, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work flexibly within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role with children and the ability to understand key policies e.g. Child Protection and Behavior Management are essential.
• Good interpersonal skills, flexible within the team and respectful and caring towards the pupils.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment.
• Report to the Midday Manager and work within the team to support a positive lunchtime experience.
