Job summary

Lancashire County Council’s St Theresa's Catholic Primary in Cleveleys is seeking an Unit Catering Supervisor to lead the school kitchen team, prepare and serve healthy meals, and ensure food safety and compliant menus during term time.

Role is 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time, with pay pro rata; salary £26,016 per annum full-time equivalent. DBS checks required and sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the day-to-day work of the school kitchen team.

• Maintain catering records and support food safety compliance.
• Help create a positive dining experience for pupils.
• Ensure the kitchen operates safely, efficiently and to high standards.
