Aspens Services in Wells-Next-The-Sea is seeking a Chef Manager to take full operational and financial responsibility for a school catering facility. You will lead the kitchen team, manage costs and develop menus to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong GP management, cooking craft with fresh ingredients, and proven line-management experience. A UK driving licence is essential; OND/HND is a bonus. DBS disclosure is required.

• Strong understanding of gross profit (GP) management and ability to hit sales targets.
• Excellent craft skills using fresh ingredients to deliver quality food.
