The Belvedere Academy, Liverpool, is seeking a well-qualified Sous Chef to support the Catering Manager and lead the academy dining area. The role includes menu planning, ordering and staffing duties, with a focus on delivering high-quality meals for staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Deputise for the Catering Manager in his absence.
• Lead the academy satellite dining area with responsibility for creative menu planning.
• Order food and non-food items and manage associated paperwork.
• Cook and direct staff to ensure high-quality food offer for staff and students.
