Job summary

Aspens Services Ltd in London is seeking a Catering Assistant to support the school kitchen during busy lunch service. You will assist with basic food preparation and deliver friendly service to students and staff.

The role is term-time, Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week, with full training provided and a focus on health and safety. DBS disclosure is required; salary is £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or fast-paced service.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 is preferred, training will be provided if not held.

Responsibilities

• Assist kitchen with basic food preparation.
• Take tills during service with full training provided.
• Provide friendly, polite service to students and staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean kitchen and comply with health and safety.
