• Experience using fresh ingredients in education or high-volume catering.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety practices in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and delivery of healthy, delicious meals.
• Ensure food hygiene, allergen and Health and Safety standards are met.
• Work with the team to provide a friendly dining experience for students and staff.
• Produce hospitality and catering requests as needed by clients.
• Support the team and be a positive role model.
• Build positive relationships with clients and customers.
