Job summary

Hackney Learning Trust, on behalf of Shacklewell Primary School, is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for the busy late afternoon period from 3:15pm to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday during term time only. You will be the welcoming face at front of house, handling enquiries, supporting end-of-day dismissals, and assisting parents, visitors and staff with warmth, professionalism and care.

The ideal candidate is approachable, highly organised, reliable, and able to maintain a safe, welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Approachable and calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and phone manner.
• Term-time only afternoon availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-of-house enquiries from parents, visitors and staff.
• Support end-of-day dismissals and safe handover of students.
