Thurrock Council is recruiting a School Crossing Patrol to help children and pedestrians cross roads safely at designated points across Thurrock. The role is 10 hours per week during term-time, with a permanent term-time contract and DBS check required.

Post locations vary across Thurrock, offering flexible and supportive working conditions, with progressive training and wellbeing support. For redeployment, 8th October 2026 is the initial date, and 8th November 2026 for internal and external

Competenze

• DBS check required (Enhanced with Children's Barred List).
• Term-time only, 10 hours per week.
• Permanent term-time contract with Thurrock Council.
