Job summary

Wath Academy, in England, is seeking an organised, proactive Cover Manager to coordinate staff absence and daily cover across the Academy. You will lead the Cover Supervision Team, deploy supply staff and ensure effective cover arrangements to minimise disruption to learning, including delivering cover lessons when required.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities
