Wath Academy is seeking a diligent Cover Manager to coordinate staff absence and daily cover across the Academy. You will lead the Cover Supervision Team and coordinate supply staff to keep teaching and learning on track.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, resilience under pressure, and a commitment to safeguarding and high standards in a busy educational environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the coordination of staff absence and daily cover arrangements across the Academy.
• Manage and deploy the Cover Supervision Team, coordinating supply staff.
• Ensure cover arrangements minimise disruption to students' learning.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using management information systems.
