Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily staff cover and manage last-minute absences.
• Allocate cover supervisors and update rotas and timetables.
• Liaise with teaching staff, support staff and senior leaders.
• Ensure appropriate lesson resources and instructions are available.
• Maintain accurate absence and cover records.
