Chartwells, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting for a unit supervisor/chef to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards and cost control, and lead a small team in a client-focused food service environment.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years catering experience, basic Food Hygiene certification, and strong people management and communication skills. Excellent financial acumen and IT literacy are an advantage.
