Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef in catering or education setting is desirable.

• Preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality meals for pupils and staff
• Managing daily kitchen operations and food production
• Ensuring meals align with menus, nutrition standards, and portion controls
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen management
• Assisting with stock control, ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean, safe, and compliant with regulations
• Supporting catering team to deliver an excellent dining experience
